Howard is now available to coach attorneys and other executives in the art of developing and enhancing their client following. Howard recognizes that each lawyer or executive has different personalities and skills and will use different techniques to attract new clients. Howard works with his client on a one to one basis. Working together, strengths are identified and molded into a bespoke plan that will utilize the techniques that best reflect the distinctive personality and goals of that person. The results are an increased and more profitable practice.
Howard is also available as an expert witness on disputes between companies and recruiters.
Howard C. Bloom has been a Recruiter for over four decades and is well known and respected in the legal community as the “go to” person for finding the best Partners and Groups for law firms. Lawyers also look to Howard for career advice and direction. Early in his career Howard developed expertise in other disciplines including sales and marketing.
Howard is a member of the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce (NDCC) and Executive Search Owners Association (ESOA). Howard is a former Board member of the NDCC. Previously Howard had been honored with the NDCC’s prestigious “Small Business of the Year” award. Prior memberships have included the Society of Executive Recruiters (SERC) (past President), the Executive Recruiters Association (ERA), and the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC). Howard is a graduate of Miami University with a degree in Marketing. In his free time Howard enjoys competitive sports, art, and woodworking. With his wife, Joyce, he enjoys travel, theatre, visiting museums and galleries, and spending time with their family.
