We were once told that we make something out of nothing. That observation is an accurate description of what The Howard C. Bloom Co. does every day. Using imagination blended with experience, Howard Bloom and Joyce Bloom have built The Howard C. Bloom Co. to what we are today . . . an Attorney Search firm that uses knowledge of who the legal community is and what is important to them.

We realize that we are not for everybody. Our law firm clients expect us to find them Partners, practice groups and viable merger prospects to help them grow. Our corporate clients look to us to find experienced and savvy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel. We do not advertise positions. We recruit! That means using our intimate awareness of who is where and why. We take great pride in knowing a great deal about the firms we choose to work with and the Attorneys we choose to present. Doing so allows the luxury of giving very personalized service.

Another way we differ from our competition is that most of the people we present are happily employed and probably are not currently looking for a job and do not have a résumé. In short . . . just the kind of Attorney our clients want working for them as a member of their firm.

The Howard C. Bloom Co. is a member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC), and is fully committed to the NALSC Code of Ethics, which prescribes professional and ethical attorney placement practices for the legal industry. The firm also belongs to the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce (NDCC). Howard Bloom is a former Board member of the NDCC. In 1990 the NDCC honored The Howard C. Bloom Co. with its prestigious “Small Business of the Year” award. The Howard C. Bloom Co. is also a member of the Executive Recruiters Association (ERA). Howard is also a Past President of the Society of Executive Recruiting Consultants (SERC).
